Thank you for your ongoing support. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know of some changes at Agline in 2025, and to update you on our summer service.
New Service Charges:
It has become necessary to recognise the additional cost of out of hours work.
As such, we will be introducing the following changes from January 1st 2026:
Out of Hours call outs will be charged a call out fee.
All Out of Hours service and maintenance calls will be charged a minimum fee of two hours, and actual hours taken after the first two hours.
Travel will be calculated from our new warehouse at Youngtown.
Should a job be requested on a day where our service technicians are already booked, and our service technician goes over on a booked job, the new booking maybe charged at Out of Hours rates.
Below is our rate card for 2026, all excluding GST.
Standard hours are 7am to 5pm
Hire Machines: Have you secured a contract that requires expanded area to be irrigated just for this year? Or have a longer term breakdown? We have a range of irrigators for hire which can help you out. Stocks are limited, so if you have a need, contact us soon so you don’t miss out for the summer.
New Warehouse: We have moved into a new warehouse in Youngtown with more space for spares and a larger yard for our stock of machines. Whilst we do not have an office onsite at this point, you can order parts and pick them up by appointment.
